Benefits: Holland Partner Group is pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits program designed to meet associates needs and promote healthy life habits. Regular, Full-time associates and all qualified dependents are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month following ninety (90) days of employment.Holland Partner Group covers the majority of premium costs for both medical plans as well as all but $10 of the monthly Dental premium for associate coverage. Additionally, Holland Partner Group covers 10% of premiums for dependent medical coverage per year up to 50%. Employee premiums are deducted pre-tax.

High Deductible Health Plan: The HDHP provides no upfront coverage, however your out of pocket maximum is much less than the PPO alternative.Once your deductible for the year is met, there is no additional cost to you for category 1 providers.

  • The deductible is $2000 for individual coverage and $4000 for family coverage.
  • Preventive care services (including some prescriptions) are paid at 100% and not subject to the deductible.
  • A tax-saving Health Savings Account will automatically be set up for you upon enrollment in the HDHP.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Contribution: Holland will contribute $125 at the end of each quarter into your HSA account to help offset health, dental and vision expenses.

PPO Health Plan: The PPO plan provides extensive up front coverage with a higher out of pocket maximum.

  • The deductible is $500 for individual coverage and $1500 for family coverage.
  • Maximum coinsurance is $6000 for individual coverage and $18,000 for family coverage.
  • Preventive care services under any Category are paid at 100% and not subject to a copay.
  • General office visits for category 1 providers will be subject to a $20 copay.
  • Generic prescriptions are subject to a $10 copay, the copay is $30 for Tier 2 Brand Name drugs and $60 for Tier 3 Brand Name drugs.

Flexible Spending Account: Holland offers Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts which allow associates to use pre-tax money for qualified health or dependent care expenses.

  • Healthcare annual maximum: $2,500
  • Dependent care annual maximum: $5,000 per household.

Dental Coverage: Holland Partner Group offers dental coverage through MetLife.

  • The deductible is $25 for individual coverage and $75 for family coverage.
  • Maximum annual coverage in network is $1,500 per person, out of network is $1,000 per person.
  • Preventive and Diagnostic Services are covered at 100% with no deductible.
  • Basic Services (fillings, extractions) are covered at 90% in-network.
  • Major Services (crown, dentures, bridges, implants) are covered at 60% in-network.
  • Orthodontia is covered at 50% up to $1,000—this is a lifetime maximum.

Vision Coverage: The following benefits are provided for services obtained from VSP network providers:

  • Exams: $10 copay every 12 months.
  • Lenses: $25 copay every 12 months.
  • Frames: Select frames covered up to a maximum allowance of $130 every 12 months.
  • Discounted cost for Lasik eye surgery.

Life Insurance/AD&D: Benefit eligible associates are provided with a $20,000 life insurance benefit and an Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy with a principal sum of $20,000.

Supplemental Benefits: Colonial Life: Holland offers the opportunity for eligible associates to sign up for the following voluntary supplemental benefits through Colonial Life. 401(k) John Hancock: Full time associates are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan during any entry date that follows their 90 days wait period. Associates may make pre-tax or post-tax contributions through payroll deductions up to the IRS annual maximum. Holland matches 100% of the first 3% of contributions and 50% of the next 2%. Employees are 100% vested immediately.

Paid Holidays: Regular full-time associates are eligible for ten paid holidays per year. Part-time associates will be paid for the holiday if it falls on a scheduled work day.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Regular full-time working a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours per work week are eligible to accrue PTO. Part-time Associates are eligible to accrue 75% of the full-time accrual rate. PTO hours begin accruing after completion of the 90 day Introductory Period.

Sabbatical: Holland rewards Associates for every five years of service with a paid sabbatical of 120 PTO hours.

Housing Discounts: Housing discounts may be available to our on-site associates who wish to live in one of our communities. Discount programs may vary from property to property.

Additional Discounts: Due to our relationship with vendors, we are able to offer discounts through various partners including Verizon, Whirlpool and Dell.
